The Front Crossover Pull is easy to do, all you do is use your right hand to gently pull your left elbow across the front of your body. Gently and slowly bring your left elbow across till you feel the stretch in your shoulder, then hold is for 15 second. Repeat these steps four or five times and then swap arms and do the same to your right shoulder.
